Gilder reads what the designer asked for: a spot colour called Gold Foil, Red Foil, Holographic or Spot UV. If the file is plain CMYK, it suggests finishes for you to pick from. You see the foil catch the light, then it writes the files your embellisher needs.

The sections Gilder shows down the side. A section that is off is not used either: with Media off the card is on coated white, with Press sheet off the files are not imposed.

This online edition is a demonstration. Everything works, and your files never leave your computer — they are read, previewed and built in the browser. Saved PDFs and videos carry a DEMO mark and every file name ends in “Demo”. The licensed ImposeIQ Suite produces unmarked output.
