ImposeIQ Digital Die Cut

Give it one die shape and a sheet up to B2, and it finds the layout that cuts the most pieces — nesting by the real outline, not the bounding box — then writes the imposed art, the cut file and a DXF.

Capabilities

Fit more pieces on every sheet.

Pieces drop into the notches of their neighbours: rows, rows turned 180° to interlock, and true-shape nesting that places every piece wherever its outline fits, at any angle you allow.

  • Die lines read by colour: cut, crease and perforation found automatically, loose segments and all
  • Row, interlocked and true-shape layouts compared side by side, with up count and yield
  • DSM-1000 B2 margins, rule limit, up to three punches per sheet and DSM-SP waste separation
  • Digital knife and laser cutters with locator marks — 6 or 10 mm circles or crosses, 4.3–40 cm apart
  • Artwork placed from the die PDF or a separate file, clipped to each piece’s bleed
  • Compare every standard sheet up to B2 to find the best use of stock
  • Imposed art PDF, cut file PDF with CutContour / Crease / Perf spots, DXF and a printed report
  • Seven built-in samples that show off true-shape nesting
