ImposeIQ Flow Designer

Draw a workflow as a flowchart. Drag steps onto the canvas, connect them, and add decisions that send a job down one path or another — the drawing becomes a workflow the Automation engine runs.

Capabilities

See the whole flow at once.

Flow Designer sits beside the step-list Workflows editor, not in place of it. It uses the same steps and the same engine, and any step-list workflow opened here is laid out as a flow; it only changes if you save.

  • Start, end, step, decision and note shapes on a pannable, zoomable canvas
  • Every Automation Workflows step available to drag in and configure
  • Yes/no decisions that branch a job down different paths, and jumps back to an earlier step
  • Flows drawn here are listed first, beside your step-list workflows
  • Existing workflows laid out as a flow without changing them
  • Space-drag or the hand tool to pan, Ctrl + wheel to zoom, arrow keys to nudge
  • Saved flows run on the same hot folders, schedules and run history as every workflow
